Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Personalized Custom editions may require an additional 3–5 business days after we receive suitable photos and complete customization instructions.
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 7–14 business days, depending on your destination and the available shipping service. Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Tracking details will be sent when available.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are normally the recipient’s responsibility unless collected at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Ready-made editions: request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, undamaged, and complete with accessories and original packaging. You pay return shipping to China; no restocking fee applies.
Personalized Custom editions are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but confirmed quality defects are eligible for a refund. We cover reasonable, necessary return shipping for confirmed faults, shipping damage, or our fulfillment errors.
For voluntary returns, we aim to inspect your return and initiate the refund within 10 business days of receipt. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact contact@magneo.store before returning an item. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Yes. You can use our optional preview tool to see your photos on the Custom box before ordering. You do not need to upload photos to add a Custom box to your cart. If you skip or only partly upload, email a complete set of 9 photos per Custom box to contact@magneo.store with your order number after checkout.
