Magneo offers ready-made designs and personalized Custom editions. The return conditions below explain the difference. They supplement, and do not replace, rights you have under applicable consumer law.
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after receiving a ready-made edition. Under this voluntary offer, the product must be unused, undamaged, and complete with its accessories and original packaging. These conditions do not restrict any statutory right to inspect goods or return faulty goods.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee. We refund the amount paid for the returned item; separately paid original delivery charges are not refunded under this voluntary offer unless applicable law requires otherwise. We do not deduct an unadvertised outbound shipping charge from orders that qualified for free delivery.
Products made with your photos or other individual specifications are not covered by our voluntary change-of-mind return offer. Choosing a standard design from our existing range does not by itself make an item personalized.
This exclusion does not apply when an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly made, or materially different from the description or customization agreed with you. It does not remove any mandatory cancellation, guarantee, or remedy rights.
Custom editions with a confirmed quality defect are eligible for a refund. Contact contact@magneo.store with your order number and a description of the problem. We will assess the issue and explain any necessary return arrangements. Personalization alone is never a reason to refuse a refund for a confirmed quality defect.
Contact contact@magneo.store as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number, a description, and, where practical, photos or a short video so we can understand the issue. If you cannot provide visual evidence, contact us for another assessment method.
We will assess the issue and provide the repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund required by applicable law. We cover reasonable, necessary return shipping for confirmed faults, shipping damage, or our fulfillment errors. Please coordinate the return with us so we can provide appropriate instructions. No short reporting deadline in this policy cuts off your statutory rights.
Email contact@magneo.store with your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide instructions and confirm the destination. Please contact us before posting a parcel; the address printed on the delivery package may not accept returns. This coordination process does not make a statutory cancellation dependent on our discretionary approval.

For our voluntary 30-day offer, send the item within 14 days after we provide return instructions. Use suitable packaging and keep proof of postage. Statutory return deadlines take precedence where applicable.
For voluntary returns, we aim to inspect the returned goods and initiate the refund within 10 business days after receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Where the law requires an earlier refund, that legal deadline applies.

Contact us promptly if you need to change an address, design, or order. We will check whether fulfillment or personalized production has started and explain the available options. We cannot promise changes after production or dispatch. Mandatory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Where applicable, consumers can notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery of eligible goods, without giving a reason, and return them within the applicable legal return period. Clearly personalized goods may be exempt. Faulty-goods rights still apply to personalized products.
For an eligible statutory withdrawal, we refund payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, within the applicable legal deadline. Where permitted, we may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first. You pay direct return postage if this was disclosed before purchase, except where we are responsible for the problem or the law requires otherwise. Any deduction for diminished value must be legally permitted; ordinary inspection is not treated as disqualifying use.
You can communicate cancellation by emailing contact@magneo.store. Any legally required electronic withdrawal function must also be made available on our website.
Discounted ready-made goods follow the same eligibility rules unless a lawful, clearly disclosed exception applies. A discount does not remove rights concerning faulty goods. For a partial bundle return, we explain the refund allocation using the prices and discounts recorded on your order; no undisclosed fees apply.
