The Chinese company name is the legal entity name. The English name and address are provided as translations. These terms apply to purchases from and use of magneo.store, together with the product details and policies shown before checkout.
Our store uses Shopify technology. The seller of products purchased from magneo.store is the business identified above. Nothing here removes obligations that a platform or payment provider independently has under applicable law.
You must provide accurate contact, delivery, customization, and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. An automated order receipt confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We may accept an order when we begin personalized production or send a dispatch confirmation, subject to mandatory local law.
Prices, currency, available delivery charges, and applicable tax information are displayed before payment. Later price changes do not affect an order that has already been accepted. If a material pricing, availability, or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.
We may decline or cancel an order where we cannot fulfill it, where payment is not authorized, where we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity, or where submitted customization content cannot lawfully be processed. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for goods we do not supply.
Please review the product listing before ordering, including the selected edition, contents, compatibility, price, and customization requirements. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear, but this does not excuse a material difference from the product description.
Ready-made editions use the selected standard design. Personalized Custom editions use the photographs or instructions you submit. You are responsible for reviewing files for clarity, orientation, cropping, spelling, and order. If we identify a problem that prevents production, we may ask you to provide corrected files. Manufacturing errors or material deviations from the customization agreed with you remain our responsibility.
You may upload only content that you own or are authorized to use and reproduce, including any permissions required for identifiable people. You must not upload unlawful content or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant Magneo and the service providers involved in your order a limited permission to receive, store, format, reproduce, and print that content only as reasonably necessary to fulfill the order and provide related customer support. This permission does not authorize us to use your personal photographs in advertising. Promotional use requires separate permission.
We may request clarification or decline content that we reasonably believe cannot lawfully be processed. If production cannot proceed, we will contact you about replacement content, cancellation, and any refund due.
Use only compatible music files that you are legally entitled to copy onto the product. Buying the product does not grant a license to third-party music, artwork, trademarks, or artist likenesses. A streaming subscription does not necessarily provide a downloadable file or permission to copy music to another device.
Website content is owned by Magneo or the relevant rights holder. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit it without permission or another lawful basis. References to third-party names or works do not by themselves indicate affiliation or endorsement.
Orders ship from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Available destinations, shipping charges, processing and customization estimates, transit estimates, tracking, duties, and delivery issues are explained in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Any rights concerning delayed, lost, damaged, or non-conforming goods remain subject to applicable law.
Return eligibility, the distinction between ready-made and personalized Custom editions, return costs, quality-related remedies, and refund timing are explained in our Refund Policy. Personalized products may be excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns, but personalization does not remove rights relating to confirmed faults, damage, incorrect manufacture, or other non-conformity.
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether production or dispatch has started and explain the available options. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory cancellation or remedy right.
You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse another person's information, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use the store for unlawful activity. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use while continuing to meet obligations relating to accepted orders and consumer rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Our store and order process may use Shopify and other service providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices, but their involvement does not remove responsibilities that Magneo has under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer guarantees, liability for fraud, or other non-excludable rights and remedies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that result from unlawful or unauthorized use of the product or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection provided by the law of their country or region of residence. Nothing in these terms takes away access to courts, regulators, or other remedies available under applicable law.
We may update these terms for future use of the website and future purchases. The terms and promises applicable when you placed an order continue to govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed with you.
